D​atas processed, purpose and basis of  legitimacy

La OCGC ​will process the data requested during the registration process (email) for the purpose of sending you the newsletter to which you have subscribed. The basis for legitimacy is the consent shown by you during the registration process (art. 6.1.a) GDPR).

​Conservation period.

​Your data will be retained as long as you do not withdraw the consent given during the registration process. Once such consent is withdrawn, your data will remain blocked for the legally established period (3 years).

​Recipients

​No data will be transferred to third parties, except under legal obligation or with prior consent.

​In order to properly manage the service provided and the personal data of its users, OCGC will collaborate with third-party service providers who may have access to your personal data and who will process the aforementioned data in the name and on behalf of OCGC as a result of their provision of services. OCGC undertakes to sign the corresponding data processing contract with them, through which it will impose on them, among others, the following obligations: to apply appropriate technical and organisational measures; to process personal data for the agreed purposes and only in accordance with OCGC's documented instructions; and to delete or return the data to OCGC once the provision of the services has ended.

​Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not OCGC processes personal data concerning them, and in such case, to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defence of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. In such case, OCGC will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
Likewise, in certain cases the interested party may exercise their right to data portability, which will be delivered in a structured format, common or machine-readable to you or to the new data controller you designate.
