The Orquesta Comunitaria de Gran Canaria was born from the need of a group of musicians from Gran Canaria now extended to include the other Canary Islands wanting to play, share and develop in the experience of being part of a symphony orchestra.
As a result the orchestra now wishes to convey this passion for music in the community and their aim is to enthrall and captivate the audience in each of their performances so they too feel part of the great spirit of the Orquesta Comunitaria de Gran Canaria.
The documentary tells the story of a group of non-professional musicians who manage, in the midst of a pandemic, to start a community symphony orchestra.
